I got my lashes done 5 days ago. I got the silk ones with the almond shape. I was very disappointed because the lash shape were crooked. One was a cat eye and the other was almond. ALSO- my lashes started falling out 3 days after I've gotten it done. I took very good care of my lashes and I've tried to not put any makeup near it as well. But I am very disappointed with the service I got!!! Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
Despite having a bad experience a few years ago, I gave Q Lash another chance because many of my regular lash salons have gone out of business due to the pandemic. Although they've raised their prices since, the quality of their work is much better than I remember and I've already returned several times! Meredith takes great care of me, always being honest about which styles would suit me best and how much my natural lashes can handle. The space itself is very clean and elegant, and I'm obsessed with their 3D Natural Volume lashes - so fluffy & soft!
I'm new to the area and I saw all the great reviews, plus they have a new client special, $50 for a mink set, so why not? I'm glad I did. I had my appointment with Meredith, she was super friendly, and she helped me pick out a size and length that I really liked, I didn't want anything too drastic, but so you could still tell my lashes were bigger. They have very comfortable beds and it's a cozy area. Before leaving I made an appointment for two weeks, no doubts about returning.
