I got my lashes done 5 days ago. I got the silk ones with the almond shape. I was very disappointed because the lash shape were crooked. One was a cat eye and the other was almond. ALSO- my lashes started falling out 3 days after I've gotten it done. I took very good care of my lashes and I've tried to not put any makeup near it as well. But I am very disappointed with the service I got!!! Very disappointed. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
Despite having a bad experience a few years ago, I gave Q Lash another chance because many of my regular lash salons have gone out of business due to the pandemic. Although they've raised their prices since, the quality of their work is much better than I remember and I've already returned several times! Meredith takes great care of me, always being honest about which styles would suit me best and how much my natural lashes can handle. The space itself is very clean and elegant, and I'm obsessed with their 3D Natural Volume lashes - so fluffy & soft!
I'm new to the area and I saw all the great reviews, plus they have a new client special, $50 for a mink set, so why not? I'm glad I did. I had my appointment with Meredith, she was super friendly, and she helped me pick out a size and length that I really liked, I didn't want anything too drastic, but so you could still tell my lashes were bigger. They have very comfortable beds and it's a cozy area. Before leaving I made an appointment for two weeks, no doubts about returning.
This place is a truly a hidden gem!! My friend recommended me to Q Lash so it was my first time here. Meredith was patient and very pleasant the entire time. She recommended the cashmere lashes which were the best quality and does the least damage. I went for it because my lashes are sparse and I can not believe how amazingg it looks!! I made my follow up appointment after just to secure a spot because they get booked up pretty quick! I also like that there is parking in the back which makes life so much easier. Thanks Meredith :)
Horrible if you aren't Indian or hairy this isn't the place for u. If u dont have a lot of lashes and u want a full look then go somewhere else. When she was finished I could barely see lashes. Then she told me it was because I didn't have alot of lashes to begin with. Never been so unhappy and even after expressing this she refused to fix anything. Save your money go to someone who knows what they are doing.
